Analyst, Custom Research

Location : Culver City (preferred) or NYC

Work Model : Hybrid, 3 days on-site

Salary Range : $65,000–$70,000

Team Size : 55 (cross-functional, collaborative)

Background & Education

• Bachelor’s degree required (Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Math, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related)
• Entry-level or early-career professional
• Internship or other relevant work experience preferred

Soft Skills

• Curious, energetic, and eager to learn
• Strong professional maturity and self-starter mindset
• Interested in consumer behavior, brand strategy, and decision-making
• Comfortable working on smaller accounts with nimble, cross-level teams
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Collaborative and team-oriented

Hard Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SPSS, SAS, Stata, or Qualtrics is a plus
• Comfortable with Google Suite
• Bonus: Experience with survey tools or data visualization
