Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires an individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and effectively managing customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous manner on every call and within the office atmosphere.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Dispatch customer calls with accurate information provided by the customer.
• Maintain clear and professional communication in writing, in person, and on the telephone.
• Create positive customer relationships by managing and resolving customer complaints.
• Multi-task projects and job duties through prioritization and organization.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions for tracking and follow-up.
• Understand when to escalate a customer's issue to a supervisor for resolution.
• Become knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Process customer requests and inquiries, including account maintenance, billing questions, and payment handling, establishing an initial point of contact.
• Print dispatches to appropriate offices.
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or mailing as required.
• Learn all functions and duties of the front counter Customer Service Representative to serve as a backup upon request or as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, peers, and customers.
• Proficiency in 10-key, typing, and data entry.
• Excellent time management skills; dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday to Friday

Benefits

Competitive pay range from $18 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience.
