Corporate Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking talented professional to fill a Corporate Recruiter position located in Edison, New Jersey. As a key member of our client’s Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers across multiple departments to drive recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and engage highly competitive candidates for key roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media, to identify passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Manage the background check and reference process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Represent our brand and company culture to prospective candidates.
  • Stay up to date on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to source top talent through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-moving environment.

Salary : 80,000-95,000
