This firm is known for delivering comprehensive legal services across a wide range of practice areas, including complex business transactions, estate planning, labor and employment, intellectual property, and more.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience supporting corporate transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing client files.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Westlaw).
  • A California paralegal certificate or national paralegal certification, plus a bachelor's degree.
