We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent to support the field operations on a union wastewater treatment plant project. What You’ll Do

• Support or lead field coordination and supervision on a wastewater treatment plant project
• Work closely with experienced union subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are met
• Assist in planning daily activities and managing site logistics
• Participate in safety walks, inspections, and progress meetings
• Track progress and report updates to the project team
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and union labor agreements
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of field construction experience; wastewater, heavy civil, or utility experience is a plus
• Previous union project experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with and managing union trades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules
• Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to learn and lead
