Rate: $28-$40 an hour based on exp

We are looking for a strong foreman to join our client. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and is a leader in the high end commercial and residential roofing space. Our client also does high-end gutters, windows and siding.

The Foreman is a thoroughly experienced jack of all trades who has demonstrated their ability to manage personnel and safety conditions along with material and labor requirements in job setup and layout.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all job conditions from start through completion, all safety procedures and personnel conduct and performance.
• Recognize and communicate with the contracted party and the Project Manager any change-orders as needed.
• Report all contract changes to the Sales department, as well as all personnel work times and job start and completion times to the office.
• Responsible for customer communications during the job and for collections of payment that may come due during or at the completion of the job.
• Responsible for completing on site walk through with the customer, reviewing the customer satisfaction form, and along with the customer, authorizing the completion of the contracted work.
• Attend all production meetings and engage in the processes thereof and are responsible for all phases of the job budget.
• Must be proficient in job layout, material requirements and applications, and apprentice training.
• Ensure that all job sites are water-tight prior to closing for the day or a storm.
• Ability to interact with customers, communicate change orders, collect payments when due, and relate all customer exchanges
• Upon contract execution must be capable of completing on site walk through with the customer, reviewing the customer satisfaction form, and along with the customer, authorizing the completion of the contracted work.

Requirements:

• Min of 2 years exp
• Strong Roofing, Carpentry, Gutter and Siding exp (Experience with Copper is A Plus)
• Clean Driving Record
• Professional and presentable
• Proven track record of completing project on time and at budget
