Senior Configuration Analyst
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour break)
Duration: 14 Months (possible extension)
Compensation: $55/hour to $57/hour
About the Role
The Senior Configuration Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing configuration solutions within the Business Configuration Solutions team. This position involves a blend of configuration work (approximately 60%) and cross-functional collaboration (approximately 40%), including leading meetings, capturing business requirements, and supporting multiple Medicaid program implementations.
This professional will serve as a subject matter expert in configuration strategy and system optimization, ensuring accurate benefit configuration for Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare programs.
