Job Description:

The Compliance Coordinator supports compliance team by helping create and manage training materials, ensuring policies are clearly communicated, and supporting regulatory education through e-learning tools and media.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to develop, organize, analyze and implement procedures
• Strong orientation to deadlines and details with the ability to meet competing deadlines
• Clear and concise demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds at a variety of levels
• Strong creative communication skills – necessary to improve engagement and understanding of regulatory guidance and messaging in new and recurring educational material
• Objective and creative analytical skills
• Ability to gain knowledge and expertise in new software applications deployed to support compliance mission and messaging
• Advanced Lectora course development software knowledge
• Advanced experience with audio and video editing
• Advanced knowledge with Health Stream e-learning program
• Some knowledge of Captivate and Snag-it is beneficial

Requirement

• High School Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant and recent experience
• Prior Healthcare experience (Preferred)

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Typical office environment
• Sedentary – Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
