Our clients Billerica facility is modern, clean, and equipped with advanced technology used to produce high-quality components for multiple industries.

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts

Pay Range: $72,800 - $93,000 per year (depending on experience)

Shifts Available:

  • First Shift (Day): Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (four 10-hour days)
    • Winter shift transitions to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Second Shift (Evening): Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi-axis lathes.
  • Independently take metal parts from raw stock to finished components.
  • Apply current cutting tool technology and machining best practices.
  • Interpret customer drawings and specifications to plan work processes.
  • Determine machining parameters such as speeds, feeds, tolerances, and sequences.
  • Perform trial cuts, make necessary machine adjustments, and ensure accuracy.
  • Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, surface gauges, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems.
  • Program using CAM software (Fusion360 preferred; Mastercam acceptable).
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five or more years of CNC machining experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
