This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud Services Architect (AI) - DHS OSDSS in the United States.

In this role, you will design and oversee secure, scalable cloud environments with a strong focus on AI integration and SecDevOps practices. You will collaborate with development teams to implement cloud solutions that optimize performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will guide teams through architecture design, AI deployment, and cloud migration initiatives. The position emphasizes strategic problem-solving, hands-on infrastructure design, and proactive support for complex system challenges. You will play a key role in shaping cloud strategies that enhance operational effectiveness while ensuring reliability and security across mission-critical programs. Remote work flexibility allows you to operate efficiently from a well-equipped home office.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure.
• Architect and optimize cloud environments for performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead integration and deployment of AI/ML solutions within cloud environments.
• Support SecDevOps and CI/CD pipeline enhancements, including migration of new tools and services.
• Optimize cloud resource usage and reduce unnecessary expenditures through efficient resource management.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and development teams on cloud services, roadmaps, and integration strategies.
• Deliver third-tier support for complex outages and system issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or Solutions Architect in AWS, Azure, or both.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong background in SecDevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud performance optimization.
• Expertise in cost management and cloud resource right-sizing.
• Excellent communication skills to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred: Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or related platforms.
