Job Description

Our client, a growing and locally headquartered Civil Engineering firm, is seeking a Civil Site Project Manager to join our Civil Site Division. This position requires competent skills to complete due diligence reports, prepare & direct plan production of schematic and construction plans, design of storm water drainage systems and utility calculations for land development projects. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, have a positive attitude and have experience compiling construction documents and drainage reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• BS or MS in the field of Civil Engineering (or other related field)
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• Hydraulics/stormwater design experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with basic AutoCAD design and drafting
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Civil Site development design
• Review and development of storm water quality and quantity design calculations, and storm technical information reports
• Utility design (i.e. potable water, gravity sewer and pressure sanitary sewer systems, etc.)
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• A team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Understanding of grading and earthwork calculations
• Understanding of construction and bid documents including project specifications
• HEC-RAS Modeling
