Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (Irondequoit Campus)

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Marketing and Sales Officer to lead the development and execution of marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives. This role will serve as the public face of St. Ann’s Community, championing our mission and driving occupancy growth across our campuses.

The Chief Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing and community relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for St. Ann’s Community, representing our brand, services, and programs to the public and media.
  • Brand Management:
  • Lead branding and image campaigns to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Manage the community's website and online presence to ensure consistent branding, fresh content, and optimal user experience across all online touchpoints.
  • Sales Oversight:
  • Direct and support the sales team to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates in assisted and independent living.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies and monitor performance metrics.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster relationships with local organizations, media, and stakeholders to strengthen community presence.
  • Represent St. Ann’s at events, forums, and industry gatherings.
  • Team Development:
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing and sales team.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality marketing and sales leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and brand development expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in driving occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in website management and social media marketing, with a proven ability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
