  • Chair or co-chair the Investment Committee and set analytical standards for investment approval.

4. Strategic Leadership and Communication

  • Partner closely with the members of the C- suite and product teams to align investment strategy with market needs and investor expectations.
  • Represent the firm’s investment strategy to key stakeholders, including institutional clients, distribution partners, and regulators.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, commentary, and industry events.

5. Desired Experience / Skills

  • Demonstrate professionalism, client management skills and high ethical standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated team player and leader

6. Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of alternative investment strategies, including private credit, private equity, real assets, venture capitals, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with interval fund structures, compliance requirements, and liquidity considerations.
