Position: CAD Designer

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Pay: $26/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD Mechanical in a manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited drafting program preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

ProRecruiters is seeking an CAD Designer to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD Mechanical and ANSI Y14.5 drafting standards.
• Interpret information supplied by engineers to create detailed and assembly drawings for sales orders, new product releases, and product improvements.
• Check drawings for accuracy, errors, and continuity.
• Utilize AutoDesk Vault Professional to process engineering documents and maintain document control.
• Create sales and certified drawings using existing templates with minimal engineering input.
• Maintain hard copy drawing files, process engineering changes, and file documentation according to ISO standards.
• Interface with other departments and BS&B locations (domestic and international) on drawing and project issues.
• Track and log orders processed through the engineering department.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with more than one engineer.
• Perform additional engineering support tasks and follow BS&B safety and quality guidelines.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to interpret technical information and apply drafting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Dependable and able to maintain professional standards.
