Job Description

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Performing daily maintenance and repairs to crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps and hot mix asphalt plant equipment.

Maintenance Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated and committed to the highest standard of safety.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Must be able to safely operate machinery to include forklifts, manlifts, cranes etc.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to climb, crawl, kneel, bend, etc.

Maintenance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of industrial maintenance-related experience preferred.
• High level of mechanical aptitude to include industrial electric, welding, fabrication, hydraulic and pneumatic systems etc. Basic understanding of PLC equipment is preferred.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot 480V/120V/24V systems.
• Must be knowledgeable in MSHA / OSHA regulations
• Must have the ability to assess risks and be responsible for own personal safety at all times.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Ability to work overtime / flexible schedule.
