Job Description

Pay range is $32-40/hour + additional relocation fee

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of all building systems to achieve 100% uptime, including HVAC, electrical, and emergency backup systems.
• Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring proper operation.
• Analyze system operations, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Adhere to safety protocols for hazardous materials and maintain a clean work environment.
• Manage work orders, vendor interactions, and customer tickets efficiently.
• Understand and follow emergency escalation procedures.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data center or critical facility environment.
• Proficiency with building systems like UPS, generators, and switchgears.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CMMS software.
• Experience with Corrigo and Universal EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• NFPA70E training is preferred.
