Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Charleston County, SC. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, overseeing the development and implementation of building information models, working closely on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and managing submittals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
