Role Overview
As a Barback, you’ll be the backbone of our bar operations—ensuring bartenders have everything they need to serve guests efficiently. You’ll stock, clean, prep, and support service across the lounge and eatery, while also assisting with market-related beverage inventory.
Key Responsibilities
· Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
· Support transitions between lounge, dining, and market service
· Assist with occasional guest-facing tasks during peak hours
Qualifications
· Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
· Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team
· Evening and weekend availability required
