Headquartered in Pompano Beach, our team brings together architects, engineers, and marketing creatives to curate Amped gyms across the country. We’re looking for an Concept designer - who specializes in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit - with a sharp eye for detail, a strong command of design software, and ability to illustrate sites to help us bridge creativity and technical execution.

About the Role:

As our AutoCAD Designer, you’ll work directly with our architect, engineer, and marketing department to develop creative concept development, accurate, and compelling 2D and 3D gym layouts. These layouts and pitch decks will be used for internal planning, contractor coordination, and marketing mockups. Your work will play a crucial role in bringing gym designs to life visually and helping clients understand how their fitness spaces will function and feel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing to create precise gym layout drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings using ECDesign or similar software to showcase gym concepts and mockups.
• Staging sketches, floor plans, and equipment layouts into clear, professional drawings and visual presentations.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the design, engineering, and sales teams.
• Support field teams with drawing sets and assist with site layout verification when needed.
• Help our marketing team create branded visual materials based on gym layouts and renders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit design (experience with gym design, retail, dining, and/or large-scale attraction interiors and exteriors).
• Proficiency in ECDesign 3D, SketchUp, or similar rendering software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, fitness equipment layout, and ADA compliance considerations.
• Ability to interpret and produce construction documents, architectural drawings, and create visually appealing illustrations.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, and other design teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both technical CAD skills and 3D visualizations.
• Experience in marketing mockups, renderings, or presentation graphics is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits if required.
