Role Description

This is a part-time to full time on-site role located in the Medical center for an Assistant to the Office Manager in Catering. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining clerical records, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Daily tasks will include scheduling, coordinating events, managing files, and supporting the office manager in various capacities.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Executive Administrative Assistance experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the catering or events industry is a plus
