Swiss American Financial Solutions | Glendale, AZ

Base Salary: $55,000

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who doesn’t just complete tasks—but creates order, consistency, and momentum across the business.

What You’ll Own (Not Just “Do”)

You’ll be the operational hub of the office—supporting advisors, protecting the client experience, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Front desk & first impressions: Be the professional, welcoming face of the firm—by phone, email, and in person.
  • Client workflow execution: Process applications, illustrations, and client documentation with accuracy and urgency.
  • Technology & systems management: Work inside proprietary tools like The Blueprint , along with web-based platforms and internal systems.
  • Communication operations: Manage outbound client communications, including mass emails and digital correspondence.
  • Carrier & compliance coordination: Work directly with insurance carrier platforms (including Magellan) and partner with the Suitability team to keep business moving cleanly and compliantly.
  • Partner collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with Magellan Financial and other strategic partners to support smooth case flow.

This role is less about “helping out” and more about being trusted with the details that protect the business and the client experience .
