Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Administrative Assistant in Louisville, KY. This Administrative Assistant supports the Operations Division by managing communications, typing and transcribing letters and reports, and handling incoming calls and messages across voicemail, email, and fax. They process mail, maintain organized filing systems and calendars, and prepare photocopies and materials for meetings. The role involves coordinating logistics for tours, special events, and meetings—including invoicing, recording payments, and assembling attendee materials. Additionally, the assistant processes invoices for payment, maintains records related to fleet vehicle purchases and maintenance, and ensures smooth administrative operations. This position may also take on supplemental tasks as needed to support the division’s evolving needs.
