I’m looking for a part-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bravo Roofing + Bravo Building Concepts.
Perfect for a college student or recent grad who’s organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the business side of construction. No industry experience needed - just a great attitude, curiosity, and reliability.
If you’re the type of person who’s adaptable and not afraid to ask questions or try new systems, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Do
• Support our day-to-day office operations
• Help communicate with field crews, project managers, vendors, and clients
• Upload photos, track permits, organize project files, and manage Google Drive
• Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and basic invoicing
• Update project info in platforms like CompanyCam, ClickUp, and JobTread
• Help keep the office organized, clear, and running smoothly
• Be open to the early morning (I start early! 😄)
What You Bring
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with Google Workspace and new technology
• A positive, reliable attitude
• Clear communication across all ages and backgrounds
• Interest in learning operations, construction, or project coordination (huge plus!)
