Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support company leadership and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced environment. It is temp-to-hire, fully onsite and starting pay is $21/hr+ DOE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
Assist with reception duties and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Support special projects and general office operations as needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
