DHS/DoD/Intel Programs Executive

In this role, you will:

• Lead the charge in identifying and winning key opportunities across agencies at DHS and DoD by leveraging your established relationships and expertise.
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute innovative business development strategies that align with our rapid growth goals.
• Build and manage new and existing opportunities, ensuring we meet our growth objectives and positively impact federal agencies.
• Work closely with industry partners and key decision-makers to drive brand awareness and position our solutions for success.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with federal agencies like DHS and DoD (required) and Civilian agencies (a plus).
• A deep understanding of government contracting and the ability to shape winning strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
• A strategic mindset and a track record of building relationships and closing deals in the federal space.

• US Citizenship
• Public Trust Clearance (active Secret or higher a plus)

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong proven experience across one or more Federal agencies of interest with established relationships.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
• Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies.

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies.
• Strong, proven business development experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds./
• Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required.

Citizenship Status and Clearances:

• US Citizenship
• Public Trust Clearance (Secret or Top Secret a plus)

Salary Range:

• $190,000 - $240,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range reflects a broad spectrum of potential candidates, with salary offers based on skills, experience, and expertise in the field.
