**2nd Shift Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Assemblers. These positions are contract-to-hire and candidates should be aware that the transition to permanent status may take longer than one year. Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays as needed is essential. **Responsibilities** + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. + Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with microscopes. + Small part assembly. + Strong communication skills. + Ability to work with microscopes 90% of the shift. + Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience. + High School Diploma or Equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Medical device assembly experience. + Experience working in cleanroom environments. + Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a vibrant work culture with great benefits once permanent. You will be working in close proximity to other stations and must adhere to cleanroom protocols. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
